This is the Avirex Icon, the jacket that has been in continuous production for over 40 years and still defines what a leather bomber should be. Jet black antique European lamb leather with a folding spread collar, heavy-duty front zipper, and the embroidered "Avirex All Americans Established 1975" shield patch on the left chest. The back carries the oversized AVIREX arch lettering, the circular All Americans emblem, and the U SA block letters beneath.

The interior is fully lined in smooth black satin with internal stash pockets and the original woven neck tag identifying it as "Authentic 1975 Avirex Civilian & Military Tailors." The cream and black striped ribbed knit trim at the cuffs and waistband holds its shape. This is a size Large—Avirex of this era runs intentionally relaxed and slightly boxy, so the fit is generous through the shoulders and chest without ballooning.

The leather remains structurally sound. There is light natural creasing along the sleeves and pocket edges from normal movement. A faint, barely perceptible square box impression sits on the upper front left chest near the shoulder seam—a storage compression in the grain, not a tear. The cream ribbed sections show mild surface pilling and faint storage dust discoloration. No cracking, no dry rot, no stains.

Vintage Avirex leather in this condition is getting harder to find. The Icon is the piece that built the brand's reputation.
